Grape molasses is made from mature grapes. Grapes are washed, crushed, boiled. It goes through some processes. The boiling grapes juice continues to cook until it is like caramel intensive.
It can be used as an alternative to cocoa, chocolate or sugar. Used for making dessert, ice cream, yogurt. You can also put salad dressing in regular sauces or meat marines. If you mix it with tahini as pictured, you can get a taste similar to chocolate. Ex: 1 tablespoon grape molasses 4 tablespoons tahini can add a small mixture. You can increase this rate later if you want.
