Our Sweetened Turkish Style Pistachio Baklava is baked fresh daily with top-grade pistachios specially imported from the Mediterranean region, and handcrafted butter ghee. Soaked in syrup and dusted lightly with ground pistachios of a vibrant green, it is a real treat for your taste buds!
Carob has been used since ancient times, with records showing as far as the era of Egyptian pharaohs, for its high nutrition value. Our carob extract are made from carob pods specially cultivated in Cyprus without the use of insecticides and other agricultural chemicals. It contains no additives, flavoring nor coloring and is 100% natural.

This product is made to order in our bakery and will usually be shipped chilled. It will stay delicious for up to one month, if refrigerated at less than 10 ℃
