Baklava and dry baklava, although prepared with similar ingredients, have some important differences. Our baklava masters use thin layers of yufka in both types of baklava, with plenty of pistachios in between, and flavor the baklava with rich butter. Dry baklava, combined with less syrup than baklava, stands out with this feature. In addition, dry baklava has a longer shelf life than baklava, so it is especially recommended for people who want to send gifts over long distances.
