ELIT Sekerpare 9pcs – 400g

Sekepare is a classic dessert popular in Turkey and means “a piece of sweetness” in Turkish. These sweet, sticky and tender cakes are made from semolina, flour and powdered sugar. They are baked golden brown and left to steep in sweet, lemony syrup. Warmed up slightly and accompanied with a dollop of whipped cream, it is perfect with coffee or tea.

This product is made to order in our bakery and will usually be shipped chilled.

Comes in 2 different sizes:

• 9pieces(400g) – 1,500yen
• 18pieces(800g) – 2,900yen

Ingredients:

Flour, Semolina flour, Sugar, Butter, Pistachio, Eggs, Lemon Juice Extract,Hazel nuts, Baking powder.
