Our spinach pastry is made by layering sheets of thin hand made yufka dough with pre-cooked spinach and onion. They are then brushed with butter and baked to a beautiful golden color. Borek is best served warm by lightly toasting it and accompanied by a hot cup of chai or cool yogurt drink.
