ELIT – Spinach Borek 400g – 6pcs

Our spinach pastry is made by layering sheets of thin hand made yufka dough with pre-cooked spinach and onion. They are then brushed with butter and baked to a beautiful golden color. Borek is best served warm by lightly toasting it, and accompanied by a hot cup of chai or cool yogurt drink.

       Serving recommendation:
Lightly warm it in the microwave 30 second  before serving.
