ELIT – Sultan Dessert with Pistachio 24 pcs – 400g

A variation of the sarma (pistachio roll), it is made with a single layer of phyllo dough and filled with ground pistachios. Shaped like the turban of a sultan, and served only to royals in the days of the Ottoman empire, it is aptly named the Sultan’s Roll.

This product is made to order in our bakery and will usually be shipped chilled.

Ingredients:

Flour, Sugar, Butter, Pistachio nuts, Milk, Eggs, Organic corn starch, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Lemon Juice Extract.
