Secure Checkout

Card payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We never store your card details on our servers.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Debit cards
• Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
• Cash on Delivery (代引き): pay in cash when your order is delivered. A handling fee of ¥440 (tax included) applies.

Currency

All transactions are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). If your card is in a different currency, your card issuer will convert the amount at their exchange rate.

Payment Confirmation

After a successful card payment you will receive a confirmation email, and your invoice is emailed once payment is confirmed. For Cash on Delivery orders, your invoice is emailed after your order has shipped. Your order status is updated automatically and you can track it from the order tracking page.

Payment Security

Your connection to our checkout is encrypted with TLS. Stripe handles all card data in a fully isolated, secure environment. For more information visit stripe.com/security.
