By accessing and placing an order with Hasel Foods, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to change.

3. Orders and Payment

You can pay by credit or debit card, processed securely through Stripe, or by Cash on Delivery (代引き). Cash on Delivery orders incur a handling fee of ¥440 (tax included). By placing an order, you represent that you have the right to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping

We ship within Japan only. Shipping times and fees are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or carrier issues outside our control.
