Delivery Area
We currently ship to addresses across Japan. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend on your delivery prefecture and are calculated at checkout once you enter your postal code. Chilled items use chilled delivery rates.
Delivery Times
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (for Cash on Delivery orders, after the order is confirmed). Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Temperature-Sensitive Items
Perishable and temperature-sensitive items are packed with appropriate insulation. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also track your order from the order tracking page.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, or public holidays. Contact us if your order has not arrived within 7 business days.
