Beans and Lentils

Recipe: Add 1 liter of water to 400g of dry beans and let it sit in the water for 1 day. After waiting, drain the water.

Fry 1 small onion and 1 clove of garlic in oil, then add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste, fry for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 liter of water.
(If you like it spicy, you can add red pepper paste)
Add the diluted beans and season with salt and pepper, cook for about 1 minute and check if the beans are not soft, continue cooking until they are soft. Enjoy your meal

(Note: If you want to add meat, you can add the diced and roasted meat during the roasting stage.)
