ELIT – Tel Kadayıf Walnut 400g
An immensely popular dessert in the Mediterranean, second only to the Baklava, the kadayif is made with shredded phyllo dough that resembles angel hair pasta. The shredded dough is pressed out in sheets with a center of walnut filling, baked to perfection in handcrafted butter ghee, and drizzled generously with syrup.
